Welcome to the Cassidine Evolutionary and Ecological Genomics Lab, opening at Boston University in July 2023!
The CEEG Lab is lead by Dr. Lynette R. Strickland, Principal Investigator. We examine the ecological mechanisms and underlying genomic architecture that govern and promote persistent phenotypic variation in natural systems. Our main system for addressing these questions are the diverse and beautiful subfamily of tortoise beetles (Cassidines) in both temperate and tropical environments.
